We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX only. If you wish to pay by check or money order please call 855-711-4367 to place your order by phone.
We use a card processor located in the United Kingdom. For you, our customer, this means:
- Your bank may charge a transaction fee that is a percentage of your order at Healthy Hemp. Please contact your bank to inquire about their given policies.
- Your purchase at Healthy Hemp may be declined as your bank may flag the purchase as fraudulent. If your card is declined YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR BANK and make them aware that the charge Healthy Hemp is placing on your account is not fraudulent and you approve the charge. BE AWARE, your card may still be declined even with you approving the charge through your bank. At this point, you will have to use a different method of payment such as another card or check / money-order.
All orders are shipped with USPS. All orders over $200.00 will require a signature. If you wish to waive this, you must call us at 855-711-4367 and request this service. In the event that you waiver signature confirmation, you also waiver insurance on the package – this means if your package is lost we will not replace or refund the order.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders. If you would like Priority Shipping (2-3 business days), the cost is $5.99. If you would like expedited shipping (1-2 business days), the cost is $29.99 and will require a signature. You cannot waive signature on expedited packages.
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM EST will be sent out the same day. All orders placed after 3 PM EST or on weekends / holidays will be shipped the following business day.
All tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
If you received a damaged product, please keep the product and contact us at 855-711-4367 or email us at info@HealthyHemp.com. We will give you directions on how to proceed at that time.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us at 855-711-4367 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Customer must pay for shipping to return the product. When we receive the product we will call the phone number on the order to verify a refund or replacement is desired. Please make sure you provide us a valid phone number to contact you when you place your order.
We cannot accept returns on any +CBD products unless they are defective. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to make us aware that the item was defected to return the product for replacement or full refund.
Please note we will not refund any added shipping fees.
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
