Morning Boost Smoothie
1 medium banana 6 strawberries 1 date Hand full of blueberries 1/2 cup ice 1 cup almond milk Handful kale or spinach (kids won’t notice the spinach at all!) Spoonful of peanut butter or PB powder 1mg CW Everyday Plus Chocolate Mint Whirl it all in a blender and enjoy.
