Healthy Hemp Morning Boost Recipes

Morning Boost Smoothie  1 medium banana 6 strawberries 1 date Hand full of blueberries 1/2 cup ice 1 cup almond milk Handful kale or spinach (kids won’t notice the spinach at all!)
